1. General

1.1 The CHICODE website ("the Website") is operated and managed by ALPHA ("the Company", "we", "us", "our").

1.2 Any use of the Website, including the purchase of products, is subject to these Terms of Service and constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of all its provisions.

1.3 The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

2. Purchases on the Website

2.1 Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may differ from the images shown.

2.2 Prices displayed on the Website include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

2.3 Purchases are subject to approval by the credit card company and/or the payment processor.

2.4 Any error in product description, pricing, or any technical malfunction does not bind the Company. The Company reserves the right to cancel any order in such cases.

3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1 Average delivery time: 2–7 business days from the date of payment approval, subject to product availability.

3.2 Deliveries are performed by third-party shipping companies. Any delay or damage caused during shipping is the sole responsibility of the shipping provider.

3.3 It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and up-to-date address.

4. Cancellations & Returns

4.1 Orders may be cancelled within 14 days from the date the product was received, in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.

4.2 A cancellation is permitted only if the product is returned unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging.

4.3 No refunds will be issued for discounted items unless a defect is found.

4.4 Cancellation fee: Up to 5% of the transaction amount or 100 ILS — whichever is lower.

4.5 Customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable.

5. Defective Products

5.1 In the event of a defective product, a report must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt.

5.2 The Company will inspect the defect and may provide a credit, exchange, or refund — at its discretion and in accordance with the law.

6. Data Security & Privacy

6.1 The Website employs reasonable and accepted technological measures for data security.

6.2 Information provided by users will be stored in the Company's databases and will not be shared with third parties except as required for providing the service.

6.3 By placing an order, the customer consents to the storage and use of their information in accordance with the Privacy Protection Law.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All intellectual property rights on the Website — including texts, images, designs, code, graphics, logos, and trademarks — belong to CHICODE.

7.2 No content may be copied, distributed, published, or used in any form without prior written approval from the Company.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Use of the Website is at the user's sole responsibility.

8.2 The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages — including financial loss, data loss, emotional distress, or any other harm — resulting from the use of the Website or its products.

8.3 Without derogating from the above, the Company's total liability shall not exceed the actual amount paid by the customer for the relevant product.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

9.1 These Terms and any action on the Website are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel.

9.2 Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent court in the city of Beer Sheva, Israel.

9.3 The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through direct communication, and if necessary — through mediation before resorting to legal proceedings.
